Warranty, After-Sales, and Spare Parts: How Vashone Supports Custom Furniture Orders

A container is not the end of the relationship — it is the start of the product's life at your customer's site. Here is how Vashone Technology Co., Ltd. structures warranty, after-sales, and spare-part support so an issue becomes a fix, not a dispute.
What a typical warranty covers
Structural: frame, joinery, and hardware against manufacturing defect — the part a buyer most needs protected.
Finish and surface: often covered for a shorter period, since it is more exposed to use and environment.
Wear and consumables: cushions, glides, and fabric are usually outside the structural window — worth stating up front so expectations are clear.
Defining it before production
We agree the warranty scope and period in the contract and freeze it with the approved sample, so what is covered is documented, not negotiated after a claim. For contract and hospitality projects this is tied to the AQL and hold point we already run.
After-sales: turning a claim into a fix
When something arrives wrong, we ask for photos and the inspection record, identify root cause against the approved sample, and propose a remedy — replacement parts, a credit, or rework guidance. Because we keep the spec and batch records, the conversation is factual, not adversarial.
Spare parts and continuity
For ongoing programs we can hold buffer stock of key hardware and panels, or supply matched spare parts against your original specification so a repair uses the same material and finish — not a near-enough substitute. This is especially valuable for hotels and contract runs where a single missing chair leg should not pull a room.
Why it matters
After-sales is where reputation is won or lost after the payment clears. Vashone treats warranty as part of the product: specified, documented, and supported from FOB Shenzhen with the records to back it.
